Returns
Welcome to AURADRUM.com! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the return shipping fee and respective taxes.

If the items received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be required to bear the shipping fee and taxes for this reason. (If you receive a damaged product, please send an email to support@auradrum.com within 48 hours and attach photos of the product and the outer packaging.)

Return the items (if required). Once the return is received at our warehouse, our customer service team will process your refund. You will receive your refund within 2-5 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.
Note: If you do not receive your refund within 5 business days, please feel free to contact us or your card issuer.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumer for the return of a product.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@auradrum.com. Because we cannot ensure the required item will be available by the time the returned items reach the Distribution Center, except in very limited circumstances, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
Note: If the exchange is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the exchange's shipping fee and respective taxes.

Stolen Packages
If you believe that your package has been stolen, please notify your local law enforcement immediately. We take lost or stolen packages very seriously and would like to assist you in opening an official investigation for missing mail. While we understand that mail theft is an issue in some areas, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen if tracking information states the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours after placing the order will not be accepted, whether or not your desired item(s) has been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will have to pay for it. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
101, Building 9, Xinghe Times, Longcheng Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, 518100 Guangdong, China.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
